The rooms were dirty, smell bad, lobby area at check in dirty, dull lighting, clerks at front desk in need of hospitality training. bathroom shower head broken they used black duct tape to hold it in place, front door latch broken, I had to insist that I get my receipt for the hotel stay.

This place needs to be shut down immediately if I could put triple zero stars I would front lobby nasty roaches everywhere in lobby where breakfast is serve I don’t know how this place is still running I even call the health department wanted 25 dollars a night for deposit like it’s worth a deposit the room smell like mold in smoke this place was just horrible

We liked the look of the rooms compared to the last time we stayed. However the service we received was poor. After our first night we made a simple request,for clean towels and coffee. We did not receive them. The next day we requested the same and still did not receive them. The next morning we left. We will not visit that same place again. We should say terrible instead of poor.

Would never stay there. The most disgusting hotel I have ever booked. The weed smell in the room, was very strong and the floor was dirty with foot prints clearly visible. Gave me the creeps!

3rd floor floor was being replaced... so was walking on the underfloorment. Chair in room had a distinct tilt to right. Asked for a replacement, was originally told none were available. They did find one, it was somewhat better, but had a broken right arm. Breakfast pickings were minimal (e.g. white bread only for toast, only orange juice, no other juices. But worst, realized this morning as leaving via back staircase... NO LOCK (see photo). I can NOT recommend this hotel as a safe place to stay.

This place should be condemned from the moment you walk in the lobby the entire place is filthy the glass doors windows furniture is all unsanitary the walkways are property is very unkept and dirty the room was horrible bed frame seemed broken and sagging the security doors leading into room areas where all broken this property needs to be taken off the platform until things are corrected

would not recommend.

Did not seem to be any upkeeping. Hotel seems to be falling apart piece by piece. duck tape floor. broken ice machines. uncertified elevator. all exit signs hanging by wires. boarded up window in stairwell. bathroom door didn't latch and vent didn't work. host originally tried to only gave me 1 room when the booking was for 2. when i came back down to explain my concerns the host seemed more concerned that i was able to get in the lobby without him buzzing me in. i understand this was a cheap hotel, my expectations were low. this managed to slip below expectations.
