The property was excellent. Everything was A plus. The carriage house was fully stocked and then some. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need. It was very neat and clean and check in was a breeze. We parked our car and walked to just about everything. It was a lovely, safe neighborhood. We had a fantastic time in Wilmington.

Bobby and Wayne could not have set up clearly with much thought and consideration a more welcoming property and process. We loved our stay at the Butterly Hideout and everything was so easy and delightful. I helped my daughter look for places to live and we found a place for her nearby so I will be back when I (and or my husband and dog at times) will be back for sure to visit her. Best, Mary

Everything was perfect. Second time we were here and it was just at good as the first time if not better. Clean room, brought our dog and was like he was at home. Restaurants, shops, and bars are all in walking distance. The room was meticulously clean and all the amenities you can think of. I travel a lot for work and this room is much better than any hotel and by far the best VRBO I have stayed at.

Great little place. The check in packet is very thorough. The host provide lots of detail on the area and the apartment with recommendations for things to do a places to eat. The room is laid out well even though it’s small. Lots of convenient items in the room which the hosts explain in the welcome packet. Very pet friendly and very clean.
