Great location and experience!
This condo is in the perfect location and walkable to all things on the river walk while still in close proximity to the rest of ilm and the beaches. We loved being steps away from Maroon Monkey, our personal fav coffee shop downtown. The property was very clean and comfortable. The only downside is no on-site parking, and trying to park in the permit lots can be difficult on the weekend - totally fine on weekdays. This property does not have a microwave, so be aware if you are coming with kids or plan to heat up any leftovers. The owners were very responsive and friendly. Overall we had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!
