Perfect for Downtown
Great place and property manager. We had weather issues and he was very understanding and changed our date for us. Great location and it was very convenient having off street parking. Highly recommend.

Tub and sink full of hair, limited cooking utensils. Based board heat is LOUD, pops all night. Upstairs neighbors foot straps are THUNDEROUS. On-site parking is TINY and not well advertised for guest. Took 20 minutes for me to find the orange lockbox as two buildings have the same number (805 and 805a) what??? Neighbor sat in her car for 45 minutes blasting music at 8am. Streets very narrow. The carpet is a slipping hazard moves constantly. No box spring on bed. No washcloths. Cracked paint, creaky floors, painted over deteriorating wood. It’s in an Italian possibly some other European neighborhood. Be mindful if you don’t look Euro-descended. I was questioned several times while out and about. Mainly why was I there (in that neighborhood). Close to I95 though and Christiana Mall. 2 out of 10 would not recommend.

Nice trendy place... like the parking availability.
We were late checking in because of a flight delay, but the owner was ok with that... found the place clean but a little spartan. Would suggest a chest of drawers for the bedroom.. but all ok!

Perfect!
Clean, organized, well thought out, close to historic sites,. Our host was gracious and left us a welcome snack, and a nice list of local restaurants and sights. The property was clean , well situated and had safe parking. Our first non hotel travel experience and it was great!

Cosy little home
Great host: personal approarch, individual welcome letter (and a basket of snacks) is touchy. Convenient free parking. House is quite old and appartment is small, but clean and good for a quick stay.
