We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly , hotel was clean and updated. Enjoyed drinks at the bar and very convenient to downtown Wilmington.

The room was clean. On-site restaurant, coffee and snacks was very convenient. It isn’t in a great part of town and had to pay for parking. It was good for my one night stay but wouldn’t stay multiple nights.

There was no indication that they charge you for parking. I was no happy that on top of the money soent on the room i had additional fees . If they noted in the description that parking was not free i would have picked a different establishment.

This hotel was recently renovated and it’s very nice . Staff was GREAT. However you had to pay to park which is ridiculous. This is not NYC or any big city nor was it peak season. Food prices was really high at there restaurant. My biggest disappointment (not life altering.) was the pool was freezing. I booked specifically there for the use of indoor pool and it was too cold to go in. I could have saved ALOT of money booking somewhere with no pool. We are on a fixed income and we were “treating” ourselves to a nicer hotel for a change, and it was VERY nice just disappointing that the whole reason we booked there was not usable.
