This hidden gem is exceptional! From the front desk staff to the bar staff to the cleaning staff…hats off to everyone! Super clean, super relaxing and fantastic food and drinks. Short two night stay but will definitely be back!

False advertising
The pictures on hotels.com showed a room with a balcony and ocean view. I used my one key rewards and Holiday Inn charged $187 from my rewards, plus an additional $16.95 to my debit card for a room on the 4th floor on the backside of the hotel. There was no balcony and the window that didn't even open looked out over the roof area and our view was of HVAC unit. The refrigerator smelled awful and the floor were dirty with sand. When we asked for a different room the Mgr said no that the room we were given was for the guest who use their reward points. For $200! I wouldn't have paid $80 for this small dirty room with a view of the hotel HVAC that didn't even have a window that would open to smell the ocean air.. This was horrible. I travel for business and from here on out I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. This review will not let me upload the images I took of this room but I bet when I do my review on google it will let me.
