Property is beautiful. The pool is very small with not even enough room for just the children. There is a nice scenery with a nice trail and is pet friendly. Our AC in the room was broken but fixed within reasonable timing. When going to breakfast there was a honest host. The bed and pillows were comfy!

This is a brand new hotel on a river marina, which I had a great view of. Everything was excellent. The staff was very personable and accomodating. The garage self parking was easy to access. Its a 5 minute walk to lots of dining and shopping options. it was lovely to enjoy the outstanding breakfast selections with a river view. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay.

Very nice place to stay in Wilmington! We had 2-queen river view room. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The liquid soap & lotion smelled great. The parking is in the adjacent convention center garage. It could get confusing how to get back into the hotel unless you park on the 2nd level. EV chargers are on the 3rd level. The included breakfast was wonderful! Eggs & omelettes made to order! They also have an evening happy hour reception which is a fun touch. I would definitely stay here again!

Things we loved: the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the hospitality, our cozy room, the daily breakfast and dinner at Steam, convenient location, many things located within walking distance, valet service, guest services checking in with us via text. One thing to note: this is a very pet friendly hotel. We had a barking dog in the room next to us. It only seemed to bark when the owner was away. So gratefully it didn't bark at night. If I had known about the pet policy, I would have asked for a room not adjacent to a pet owner. But otherwise the hotel provided an amazing trip for us. We would definitely consider returning.

Upon entering the hotel, there was a sign informing us there was no pool heater, therefore, no pool time whatsoever. Unfortunately, I booked through Expedia so we just stayed and made the best of it. But, truly we were so disappointed in this reservation.

Cold indoor pool

We have hair in the floor in our bathroom and sink upon arrival. We chose this motel due to indoor pool for the grandbaby and the pool was freezing and we were not even able to get into the pool. I did go to the front desk and ask about it being heated and was told they would get someone to look at it The next day, it was still cold. So very disappointing.

The hotel is beautiful with a lovely restaurant and bar (Steam) and a fantastic breakfast buffet.
