Perfect location!

The location was amazing! Only 10-15 minutes to everywhere we needed to be - Riverwalk, Historic Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, UNC Wilmington, and even the mall! My daughter is committed to UNCW and we are excited to have a place to stay over the next 4 years where we can bring her dog to visit her! Both the upper deck and the yard below were fully fenced with gates to keep animals safe. The decor was adorable and the owners included lots of extra amenities to make the stay extra comfortable. Two things to know if you are thinking about staying here. These did not affect us but may hinder some people. This apartment is on the 2nd floor with a set of outside stairs. There are also smaller sets of stairs within the apartment. For those who struggle with stairs, just be aware. The bathroom of the apartment is built into the eaves. Not an issue for us short people but I know my tall friends may struggle with the ceiling heights.
