We arrived and found out there was no hot water, due to a maintenance problem. We obviously did not want to stay. The desk person was very willing to cancel our reservation and refund the payment, but she could not do that, because HOTELS.COM / EXPEDIA made it impossible! So you, Hotels.com, took $115 or so from me, for a stay in an uninhabitable hotel, and the hotel itself was not allowed to refund it.

The rooms were clean and attractive. The temperature was great upon arrival and easily adjustable if we wanted to change it at all. The breakfast was WONDERFUL, with many different selections available. fresh eggs, corned beef hash, link and patty sausage, english muffins, bagels, waffles, fresh fruit and fresh coffee. The ladies working in the dining area were delightful and helpful as were the ladies cleaning the rooms. The front desk personnel were friendly and knowledgable. We would definitely like to stay there again. My only suggestion would be putting in comfort height toilets.
