Not much about this location went well. The place was falling apart and badly managed and the staff clearly didn't care. The hot tub was closed for no apparent reason. The staff closed the pool area at 8 PM even though their printed material says 11 PM. The breakfast in the morning was non-existent. There was no food, no hot food, no muffins, no toast, no bagels. The only food they had was cereal but there was no milk.
We had to change rooms during our stay. Our first room had no hot water and the bathroom door wouldn't close. There was no hair dryer in the room. I asked the front desk for a hair dryer and they told me they didn't have any so I would have to deal without one. The lack of hot water was a huge deal. The faucet handle was stuck in the cold water position. When I asked for maintenance to fix it, the front desk told me they had gone home so I would have to deal with cold showers. That made me furious. The front desk finally allowed us to move to another room. All of this hassle made us late to the event that brought us there in the first place.
Our new room had water. However, the toilet ran constantly, the electrical outlet by the sink didn't work. When we plugged in anything on or off, it blew the fuse. That made me worry about electrical fires in the building. The hairdryer had the electrical prongs broken off.
