We arrived around 5pm Friday night there were no staff at the front desk to check us in. We had to call a number to have someone wait on us. Our room was not ready for us. I asked if they were short staffed he said no people just didn't want to do their jobs. We left and met family for dinner and returned at 9:00pm and the cleaning person was across from our room with their music blasting. There was a dog down the hallway that barked through the night. Will not stay there again.

When I arrived to check in I was told room was dirty and the would accommodate me in a different one, when given the room, that room.was dirty as well, room eas never cleaned after other guest checked out. Very diaappointed as I was arriving from a long day from work.
