We arrived at the hotel and it was great up until we tried to go to bed. Don't stay in room 108 right down the hall from the lobby because the people up partying and having a good time in the lobby until two in the morning including the front desk person who did nothing because he was having fun with them.

Property was clean and well maintained although it is an older hotel. The food options were just okay. More fruits would be good and recommendation of removing cereals with food coloring which is not good for anyone especially children to consume.

We were there for a week and NO dressers or drawers of any kind. No hooks to hang clothes on in bathroom. We, basically, had to live out of our suitcases for a week. VERY inconvenient and will not stay there or recommend to anyone else. Managers response was guests were too hard on drawers, studies have shown, etc. My parting words were "I heard you." "DId you hear me?" No response. As a consumer, I do not care what your reasoning is for your lack drawers. Other 4 hotels we used this trip have had drawers and seem to be doing fine financially. Just my opinion

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good breakfast for the price. We came to go to the ARK Encounter and this was about 5 miles away. We will be back later in the year with friends and will book this place again.
