We only stayed one night but the gentleman behind the counter, Nick was very helpful and nice. He helped arrange free shuttle transportation to and from the event we attended. The room itself was nice, clean. The halls leading to the room had garbage in the outside the doors, it was neatly together but it was there all day and into the next morning. Also the included breakfast was good, tasty but the service left something to be desired. Otherwise other hotel staff we came across was helpful and kind. We left something in the room after check out and had to go back for it, staff was quick to help with that. Also shuttle service was timely and friendly. Would stay here again. I’m

We had breakfast both mornings however the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive at our table and there were so few people in there. That was just too long of a time to wait. Also, the fourth floor smelled like marijuana the entire weekend. Parking was an issue And I had to park on the street the second night not in a lot because there were no spots. The room was quiet and comfy, so that was good.

The staff are amazing from the front desk to the restaurant. Housekeeping leaves something to be desired. Room was clean, but never got new cups, refresh in the room. Nothing that would keep me from rebooking, but would have been nice to have new cups, toilet paper, etc

The hotel lobby, pool, and restaurant were amazing, clean, and well kept. The hallway, elevator, and rooms are just filthy, stains all over the carpets, wall paper peeking off walls in bathroom from previous leaks, and the smell of past smoke, and a horrible smell like wet stinky damp carpet. We wouldn’t take our shoes off in the room. It smelled awful and looked awful. We stayed for 3 nights and asked for a service each night. Noting. We excited our own towels. The staff especially the night manager was lovely and great. But the rooms and hallway need help. There was grease stains on the headboard from past guests.

Check-in was a little confusing bc there are 2 Holiday Inns connected, however, at “both” Check-ins, the ladies working the desk were very personal and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
