They were all wonderful. Did GREAT job with taking care of us during a very bad snow storm when no one could get out. I would stay there again in a heart ❤️ beat. Staff very friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t a streaming service option for the in room entertainment. Basic cable TV seems a bit behind the times for hotel rooms. The staff could do a better job monitoring the pool area as children were left unattended and using the hot tub.

Horrible, my bathroom door handle was broke and had to have that fixed and then the pool was closed after the light came out , the staff was rude , it was a horrible stay and would like full refund.
