This property was a Red Roof Inn very recently rebranded to a Days Inn. It is an old facility and not up to Days Inn standards. If you adjust your expectations accordingly, it's OK and represents good value.

The property is very outdated and unkempt. Our room smelled stale and like room deodorizer and cigarettes though it appeared clean. Our toilet did not flush well. We had to flush several times or hold the lever down until it completely flushed. The shower was also poor and outdated. A staff member mentioned that the place was usually visited by the "locals" for partying but the weekend we were there the price was raised for the event we were attending, so the "locals" were not there. Kind of insulting to the "locals". The price-tag was much higher than the experience. Very disappointed. Had we known, we would not have selected this hotel. Also, the reviews that I read did not jibe with our experience. The air conditioner was very loud. We mentioned to staff that the main area floors were very dirty from muddy shoes and needed to be cleaned and they said it was from the people who attended the outdoor event we were there for and they didn't seem to be bothered by it. The breakfast room was depressing. The whole place needs to be gutted and redone. If this is what we can expect from Days Inn we will not be visiting one again. It's too bad because the town is cute and has a lot of nice dining options. Finally, the outdoor sign still reads Red Roof Inn.

I didnt like how dirty the room was and very noisy and cobwebs everywhere and they turned off the keys 40 minutes before it was time to clock out..the tub was filthy.i will never go back there
