Lovely large room by river in "Kingsmill on the James"

The largest and newest one room model on top floor (second level) within walking distance of the beach and marina in the gated "Kingsmill on the James". New top of the line mattress sets for summer 2023 and new luxurious carpeting (not part of Kingsmill Resort but Kingsmill Spa is available with your stay)
On top floor room features balcony backing to the beautiful wooded lake, with James River in the distance, beautiful water views after the leaves fall. All single rooms in Kingsmill have an adjoining suite available with two locking doors between them (See larger listing. If guests are in the adjoining room, you may hear them but there is no one above you). The room has mini fridge with separate freezer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (not a kitchen) with a variety of coffees, its own hvac system, fire stick with YouTubeTV, Hulu, ad-free YouTube and Sling. Starz, HBOMax.. Very close to Busch Gardens, watch the summer fireworks right from your own balcony. Swim or sunbathe at our own private beach (restroom and shower in Marina building) dogs welcome too. Miles of beautiful biking and walking trails, Audubon bird sanctuary and nature preserve. Walk to the Mill Cafe and have coffee and pastries on one of those beautiful outdoor Terraces or sandwiches during the day. Barbecue and picnic areas, tennis and basketball, soccer fields throughout the grounds. Visit the historic Beach Village at Yorktown where Washington won our independence, take the ferry to Historic Surry and eat on the water at Surry Seaford Seafood, or just spend a day following the famous Williamsburg tasting Trail, or try your luck at Colonial Downs Casino and racetrack!
