All and all a Nice Super 8. I do have to say the bathtub was in need of a refinishing! But other than that not a bad room and location

They first gave me a room that was already occupied but it was fixed other than that for the price its ok but it was not that clean and no sound proofing you could hear everything outside

Clean place ,safe,the whole place its illuminates all nigth ,a lot of parking,also huge parking for semi truck with 53 ft trailer.really nice person at the front desk .i recommend this place.next to it,it’s a Mexican restaurant,Mc Donald across the street.

Very dirty. Room shelled like smoking. There was a fight outside and police came in the middle of the night first night. Second night a dog was barking next door all night. Felt unsafe. People hanging outside in the parking lot. Loud music.

Room smelled of smoke and air freshener. We requested non smoking but it didn’t seem to be a NS room. There were some holes in the ceiling and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Overall I would not stay again or recommend the hotel. Told the front desk about the problem in the bathroom and he didn’t seemed concerned. I thought we would save a little money since we were getting in late and leaving first thing but overall it wasn’t worth the money saved.

DON'T STAY HERE!! GO ELSEWHERE! First off, this building is so run down and is in desperate need of repair. I have stayed in other Super 8s and they never looked this bad! I requested a non smoking room. However, it was clearly evident by the room smell that some people had smoked in there. The pillows were flat, and the sheets/blankets needs replacing. When I pulled back the covers there were cigarette burns in the blankets and the sheets were scorched. Also I found hairs on the ceiling in the shower and the walls. Everything just nasty and sticky. I didn't even want to dry off using with their towels as I didn't trust their cleanliness. The bathroom air vents were dirty and the shower head was full of mineral deposits. There was a bug in the room on the ceiling. Couldn't tell if it was dead or not but I had monitored it and it didn't seem to move at all while I was there. I even had to sleep with the lights on because I didn't trust anything in that room or around me. I travel solo quiet extensively and never felt unsafe until this stay. Listen, unless you are on a tight budget, just looking for a really cheap place to crash for a couple of hours and take a hot shower, then this is your place! But if you want someplace where the property is clean, well maintained, and secured, then I would suggest staying somewhere else! Spend the money to stay in a higher quality hotel that doesn't smell like bad decisions and regret!

Overall hotel was ok. Bathroom was a little creepy as both the shower head and the air vent both had tape holding them up. I felt like someone was watching me. There was also a couple of bugs in there.

Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel, but for what it is it's great. Rooms are clean, air/heat work well, beds are extremely comfy. The staff I've encountered has always been pleasant and friendly. The location is absolutely perfect: Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens are both less than 15 mins away and there are some great dining options & grocery/convenience stores in walking distance. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times and have never had a bad experience.

I booked last minute, so options were limited, but this stay was disappointing. My “non‑smoking” room smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. The hotel has benches positioned directly outside the room windows, which seemed to encourage groups to gather. Our neighbors took full advantage—drinking and smoking outside our window until about 1 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, there was no coffee available in the lobby at checkout. What I did find was an odd display: a stack of canned vegetables next to the microwave. I can send a photo. Overall, not the experience I expected, even for a last-minute booking.

Only there to sleep and shower. Remote didn’t work, front desk friendly about fixing. Sorry but room was dirty, comforters had stains, very thin walls, light flickered, hardly any charging usb outlets worked. Smell of weed. Staff was friendly though
