I luv this hotel as far as the rooms, wich are fresh, crisp look like theryre strate out of an ikea commercial, indoor pool and close to shopping , but all the time i stayed i only saw breakfast one time , and was told differnet things by 2 staff members , one said only on wknds , other said they do continental b fast some days and full breakfast others..i cannot say wich is the case...the staff is mostly incredible but i had 2 bad experiences and am disappointed because i like this hotel so much...a staff member banged on my door at 1pm in afternoon,sayin i was too loud talkin on phone and was disturbing guests ,it was embarrassing and i felt so uncomfortable ...now when u walk down the hall, u hear Tvs, people talking & laughing, playing music etc, this is alll normal , its a hotel, but to telll a good customer that had been good to every staff member , tipped everybody daily etc, that they cant talk on phone have to be quiet cuz u can hear me talking was mind blowing, imagine its 1pm and u feel like u cant even speak because youll get in trouble, smh..so i went n spoke to another staff member , long strory short somebody staying there does tnings that causes them to stay up for days, then gets upset when theyre coming down tryna sleep because u can hear normal human behavior, unreal , i still cannot believe this staff member chose to still come to my door and embarass me like that..my entire 8 day stay was ruined because i was walking on egg shells so be aware

So i came back to thos hotel becaur it truly is nice bug qasnt worth stay by tome i got to my room as i booked on this app had conf # and receipt and even tho guy at desk knows me and knows i paud he woukdnt let me check in becaude hitels.com booked thru erd party and they hadnt paid theu yet..i just feel thaf shoukdnt have been put on me , ubwas upsdt becaur i went becaudse i needed a good realx nute and wanted ti enjoy their amaxxing bed , and the indoor pool and couldnt do either, they apoarently had 1e othwr ppl this happen to on wknd and i guess i was used ti make an example to the co , ghe hotel is very nice , staff is great justvwsnt to make pll aware this can happen it was awful and i had to pay for room in cash as well n then sownd 4 hrs online and phone tryn to straighten it out myself

Very convenient staff was amazing and quick to fix any small issues like switch out microwave or tv issues, this place is one best and that's coming from places in Hampton and Newport news just really great staff and rooms

Terrible. No wonder it’s cheap

Rooms weren’t the cleanest, they painted over the peep holes on the doors which is a huge safety issue. Doors didn’t shut all the way so that was another safety issue. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Tv wouldn’t connect to the network. WiFi hardly worked. Lobby smelled like a soured dish rag

Desde que entras al lobby sientes el olor a cigarro, no es que nadie esta fumando solo que parece que ya está impregnado el olor en el hotel, acerca de la habitación estaba limpia solo que en el baño la tina no la habían limpiado, fui a decirles al front desk y muy amablemente lo resolvieron

The rooms are ok. I wish they had a keurig for coffee. Our first night we had to switch rooms because the toilet wouldnt flush. The hallway is super loud, you can hear everyone. The staff were friendly. The tv is hard to figure out.
