Amazing location, calm lazy river and our kids loved that it was so calm all the time and they could float and kayak around. Never seen such beauty in my life. The house is new, clean and the experience is magical!

Absolutely amazing. One of the nicest houses in Exuma in the best location. Private sand bar with always calm water which is perfect for kids! Windy days it was flat calm and we floated around with a drink and had the most amazing time. the pool is amazing and only steps away from our own private lazy river! House was clean and new and beautifully decorated. I recommend this place to anyone considering traveling to Exuma! We didn't want to leave and have already made plans to return.

This beachfront home in Little Exuma has a truly pretty location with direct access to a private beach and the standout always-calm lazy river sandbar. The protected waters were perfect for relaxed floating, family play, and kayaking, and the overall area is very quiet. There are also large beaches nearby for variety, like a short drive to Tropic of Cancer Beach.The house offers good-sized rooms, the AC worked very well throughout (a huge win in the heat), and there were lots of games available, which kept things fun during downtime or evenings. The private pool was a nice option too, and the modern kitchen and strong Starlink WiFi (in the main areas) were appreciated.On the flip side, it didn't feel like the "new luxury" the listing promises—it's a nice house but showing wear and tear. Issues included:Several kayaks but only one paddle that wasn't brokenOne casita shower that wouldn't get hotAll lounge chairs broken Missing grill toolsCould use more pots and pans for a large groupVery remote location with a rough road leading up (sturdy rental car essential)Conflicting check-out info: listing says 11 AM, but someone arrived at 10 AM insisting we vacate in 10 minutes, which rushed our departureThe calm-water setting and quiet atmosphere made it a solid family getaway despite the maintenance gaps. If you prioritize natural beauty, tranquility, and room for games over polished luxury, it's worth it—just go in with realistic expectations.

The house is at least 45 minutes from the airport - and 30 minutes from the main Georgetown area of Exuma - plan to stop at the markets on the way to the house. Tropic Breeze is not far from the property but they close by 4 every day. Good ride to get to a nice place for dinner. The house is well equipped and there are two set of washers and dryers which was nice for 4 couples. Judy was very responsive and helped with any issues we had.

Our family stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely perfect! The beach was great! It had a little lagoon that was about knee deep with no waves, which was great for the young kids to play in. The pool was great and all the rooms were super! Judy, the House Manager and her team were all great! Very responsive and very helpful!

The house was perfect for our friend trip. We came by boat and kept it at Exuma Yacht Club. We went to Santanna's for drinks and conch, we went to Chat N Chill and then explored some bars by EYC. The house was perfect to come home to and float in the pool and beach. We also went Kayaking a saw a few turtles and bone fish int he water!

Family Getaway

A beautiful house that was well equipped. The house is about 40 min from the airport but is in a great, quiet location. I had my adult children and 1 year old grand baby. The sandbar area is perfect for children to play. The pool area is nice with the tanning ledge. The host was very responsive. We hope to return in the future.

An Amazing Experience - 10/10!!!

C-Side Estate was absolutely spectacular! My friends and I spent a week here and had the most incredible time. The property is stunning, and the house is thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with modern appliances that made cooking at the property easy and fun. There is also a large dining table that was perfect for our group dinners at the house.We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the easy access to the secluded beach. One of the highlights was kayaking along the natural lazy river, with the host generously providing the kayaks! Clark, the host, was exceptional. He was always responsive, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at, and we will definitely be returning. An unforgettable experience!

Beautiful stay in Little Exuma

Beautiful house in Little Exuma right on the water in a little cove, which makes a natural lazy river and blocks the ocean so on the windy days it is always nice and calm and shallow. The house itself is amazing as we got to be some of the first guest to stay in the brand new build. The host made it super easy for us to check in and out. He helped us with all of our needs by setting up chefs for dinner getting us in touch with people to take us on the boat going to Stocking Island and the Coconut club where we spent much time enjoying the warm weather and beautiful beaches. We will 100% be coming back next year and we’ll make this an annual event. C-side is the only place we would want to stay on the island and can’t wait to be back. The island itself is gorgeous and felt very safe no matter where we went with all of the food and restaurants on the island being delicious as well. Thank you for making our first day such a memorable one that will last us the rest of our lives.

Amazing house

If I could give six stars I would. The house was beautiful, the host was super helpful and the beach was amazing. Could not ask for a better experience. The house is in the perfect location; right on the beach with tons of water activities like floaties, kayaks and a pool overlooking the water. The house is super clean with all of the supplies you would need in the kitchen and in the washrooms. Overall an amazing stay and I will definitely be booking again!

The best location on the island!

It was a pleasure to be one of the first people staying at this new incredible house! The property surrounded by the most amazing sandbar that has a natural lazy river, and always perfectly calm. The owner thought of everything and the house was very well equipped. We've already booked to come back again in November! If you want A nice private location with amazing beachfront for family and kids. This is your spot! Close to some great restaurants and they have an amazing property manager who is most helpful. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Can't wait to make it back.

One of the best houses I’ve ever stayed at!!

When I first initially contacted the host to rent his house he immediately got back to me and answered all the questions i had. He helped my family and I plan excursions for our trip and went out of his way to make sure that we had all of the hot spots in Exuma planned. Not only was he very responsive but the house itself was beautiful!! The layout of the house was so well thought of and it was a very comfortable home to be in. The AC worked really well and the location of the home was perfect. We literally had the beach right in front of us where we could swim in the ocean and float down the lazy river and then swam in the pool after to cool down. We’re so happy we picked C side and the host did an incredible job making sure we had a great time. We’re already booked again for next year! Thank you everyone that made our trip so memorable!
