The reception give great customer service, really love the idea of the ice cream when you check in. The property is very clean and update, the cleaning ladies was very nice. Highly recommend ritz village to anyone, staff always willing to help you.

Inside the gates it's very safe and nice, however the neighborhood the property is in is full of dilapidated homes. Not a deal breaker because many of the buildings on the island look like this. Still a beautiful property and very well kept. The architecture in the area is amazing. My only gripe is that there is no hot water at times in the room I stayed. Otherwise my stay was perfect.

This is a whole complex with all sorts of rooms. It’s like someone constructed a resort in the middle of the city. Check in was flawless, the AC remote and bathroom light didn’t work and were fixed within minutes. The rooms are so spacious. They are literally studio apartments. I will be staying here every time I’m in Curaçao. It’s located in a hip part of town (Scharloo) with a 10 minute, safe, walk to Punda and Pietermaai.

It’s a nice property for the price. Upon arrival we got popsicles and was able to store our luggage in a secure room until our room was ready. The pool was open late I think until 10 The bar and restaurant is right next to the pool and played decent music all night. We booked the Apartment Penthouse and they decorated for my boyfriend’s birthday. You are able to cook in your room. On the property there is a mini market and a car rental company. Only 1 TV worked, the AC worked, there are no washcloths, ironing board but no iron. There’s no safe in the room but you can get a key to lock your stuff in a closet for $200. So we just opt for no housekeeping. The rooms have Euro chargers and USB ports but only 1 side worked. They give you tickets for a free drink but it’s only for local rum. The staff is extremely friendly. Location is perfect. We were walking distance from Punda and the floating bridge. At night we used the 24/7 app for taxis. I’m a resort girlie so I wouldn’t stay here again but it was decent.

The hotel was in a great area easily accessible to the city which we loved the staff was very nice and helpful as well…however the bathroom did have a very bad scent most days and we couldn’t control the hot water when it was too hot also it was really small and the mirror in the room we stayed in was pretty small couldn’t take a decent pic.

I had an issue with my expedia booking being in the system but the front desk officer had suggest me an room for the night and in the morning the problem was resolved. I suggest to chose the room with the panoramic view. You will have an awesome view.
