Beautiful hotel itself ! Very modern rooms. This hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and clean from the entrance , pools, beaches & hallways. About 20 minutes away from the city. Reason for 3 stars would be due to most the staff being unfriendly. Most of the staff looked annoyed, Im huge on good vibes and customer service during vacation and the vibes/CS were not there. Another reason for 3 stars would be the food accommodations. Dinner is 7pm - 930 which for me is super early as well as all restaurants needing reservations a day in advance for dinner besides the buffet meaning if you dont make reservations your only option is the buffet and after 930 buffet scraps I do want to give a huge shoutout to Zayn & Jahwi for having great energy and giving great customer service and making my stay better.

For the record, I’ve NEVER left a negative review for any place I’ve ever stayed, EVER! It's a beautiful facility but the staff is seriously lacking. Immediately after check-in and unpacking we went to the poolside bar. There were 5 people behind the bar, 3 on their phones, two talking to each other. We were the ONLY ones there looking for a drink. We waited 5 full minutes and finally just walked away. For dinner that night we went to the Harbour restaurant. We waited a full ten minutes (there were only about 4 other tables occupied) and finally had to get up and ask a server for menus. She dropped them on our table and kept walking. After waiting another fifteen minutes I had to get up again and ask her if we could place an order. The order finally came and was completely wrong (not even close), we just left. The same restaurant, a few days later, took our food orders and just never came back to our table at all. Back in the room, I left a note and a ten-dollar bill, asking the cleaning staff for 2 extra pillows. They took the money and wrote, "I'll ask"... we never got extra pillows. There are NO blenders behind any of the bars. If you want a frozen drink, bring your own. There’s a little tiki hut called “Coffee and Smoothie Bar”. My wife went there and asked for a coffee. The person said, “We don’t have coffee today, only pina coladas”…. NOT frozen. One afternoon, at lunch time, there was a sewage truck emptying the cesspool right next to all of the open-air restaurants.

I loved the ambience of the property, the design is beautiful and very relaxing atmosphere. There was a wonderful variety of food options and lots to drink all very well presented. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any requests,Da Janira especially. Would definitely recommend staying.

The beach was lovely however this was both priced and advertised as an adult only resort. It is not. There are children in the pool and on both sides of the beach. This hotel is connected to the family friendly side however it is all open for people to go wherever. On the “adult side” there is no music. No entertainment and the beach chairs are far from the water. On the family friendly side all entertainment is geared towards the kids minus the one night a week they do karaoke. There is no club or disco in the resort. The food is mediocre. Not anything to rave about but not horrible. Restaurants on location are difficult to book. House keeping is horrible. Do not expect your room to be cleaned properly by any means! Also room service? Don’t bother. It won’t show up. We had a bunch of baby spiders in our room. I had to call 5 times. No one came before I had to go up to the front desk. To get them to change our room. Only to be bet with things hanging from the ceiling over the bed. This is NOT a 5 star resort by any means. This is a 3.5 at most. I personally would not be staying here again

overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. As with any all inclusive food was ok, drinks watered down, but I am not a big drinker so it was not a huge issue. I did highly enjoy the breakfast buffet and the bbq restaurant was amazing. The location was great, just a 20 min walk to the floating bridge and the city of willemstad. Beach is rocky, but beautiful definitely bring water shoes. Overall I would stay there again but book through hilton since i could not get any hotel points booking through a third party

My best decision was booking the room with private pool (shared with 4 other rooms). It was worth the extra money It is a nice location and it was an enjoyable stay I was disappointed in the food. The buffet and the specialty restaurants. It was all very mediocre.

Beautiful property conveniently located close to town. Very clean rooms and friendly bartenders (Kevin at the Rif pool bar). Timo at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Beach is small but very nice. Lots of food options. Evening entertainment could be better. Fire show had no fire, just lights. Karaoke was fun. Entertainment director was great! Adaptors available at the gift shop for $6. Harbor Restaurant, BBQ, and Sofra (Turkish) were all very good.

I must say the stay was far better than expected, one thing I disliked was the staff at the bar area, they took very long to take an order or would allow persons to be serve drinks who were not in line, aside from that the area was very clean, the food was great and the views were amazing, will definitely be back a second time

The staff was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. However, the resort could greatly benefit from enhanced entertainment options to create a more vibrant atmosphere. Unfortunately, I noticed that the bedsheets and towels had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall experience. For a newly established resort, the condition of the rooms fell short of expectations, with signs of wear and tear that suggested a need for better maintenance.

The hotel was nice, the room was decent, I just don't think the floor was mopped; there were stains on the floor. The food was good and the options were nice, but you had to wait very long for your food. The plates and cups at the pool BBQ Bar were very dirty and dingy, and the drink machine at the bar by the pool was extremely dirty! I am surprised people aren't getting sick from that.

The Rift hotel almost brand new and clean. Pool is great. New created beach is small but there is nicer beach at sister resort. This resort is all-inclusive with various dishes - only one inconvenience: all dining tables are outside, so during very hot and humid days is not nice. It should be some place inside with AC
