All Members of Staff were very helpful, polite and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort The rooms were cleaned daily and towels were also changed daily. It is often said a bad beginning oft times has a very good ending and in this context I wish to thank the Manager for reviewing the situation and identifying a most acceptable Solution. He displayed an admirable level of Leadership and Managerial maturity which placed our satisfaction and comfort as a priority. The assignment of the Penthouse Suite to us as we celebrated our 24th Wedding Anniversary ensured that our stay at the Art Hotel Curaçao was an extremely happy one. The spectacular and panoramic view of the ocean was calming yet exciting. The Jacuzzi and Pool were very relaxing. We are very appreciative to the Manager and Team for ensuring that our one week stay was enjoyable. We are definitely returning to Curaçao and to the Art Hotel.

The room was very clean and nice. Big negative is the AC doesn’t go down past 77 degrees. After a day at the beach it would be nice to cool off in the room. The rooms very noisy above the restaurant and outside parties three of the nights we were there.

Incredibly beautiful property with unbeatable oceanside lounging. Hotel room was a good size with small alley way balcony. Being nearer the front of the building, the street could be loud as well as the coming and going of staff into the back door of the Lamunchi restaurant. Great area for nearby restaurants though every restaurant at the Art Hotel was absolutely amazing- great food and drinks! Street parking was also widely available in the neighbourhood. Would very much recommend this hotel and would love to return!

The staff was amazing! The staff was helpful, kind, attentive and professional! The rooms were clean, the water pressure was great and the air conditioning was always working.
