this property may have been clean and safe, but it was extremely boring and there’s absolutely nothing to do. No options for food or activities. The restaurant they did have was extremely overpriced , including transportation. it honestly was just pretty much renting out an apartment for the week.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was over het algemeen oké, maar er waren zeker enkele punten die verbeterd kunnen worden. De badkamer was veel te klein en niet praktisch, waardoor het moeilijk was om je comfortabel te bewegen. Daarnaast was de douche kapot, wat erg vervelend was. Ik zou aanraden dat het hotel dringend een renovatie ondergaat om deze problemen op te lossen en de algehele ervaring te verbeteren.

I keep returning Not near the beach but the provided shuttle worked fine for me Few times I walked to and from the beach It is about 40 minutes away from Mambo beach. Welcome to paradise. Perfect vacation spot with a beautiful Zen setting, adorable villas. The staff is wonderful, could not have asked for better. Great food, better than restaurants in town. The menu had something for everyone and the breakfasts were fantastic. The nightly entertainment and water show were fun. Daily trips to Mambo Beach or Punda (city area) included, drivers were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

The standard room was smaller than the average hotel room and did not match the online photos. While some staff members were kind, others seemed indifferent to requests. I requested a full-length mirror for a party, but after initially saying they would check, I received no further update. The room only had a small bathroom mirror. The bed was comfortable, but the proximity of the door to the bed made me feel less secure. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the pool was wonderful, although it was a little unclean on the first day. The property has potential but could benefit from significant improvements.

Acoya is located close to the elderly home I had to visit my aunt everyday. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and staff was very welcoming.
