Bei Ankunft niemand da. Nachdem wir eine Telefonnummer gefunden haben, dauerte es weitere Minuten bis jemand da war. Reserviert waren zwei Zimmer nebeneinander, da ich mit meiner 88 jährigen Mutter angereist war. Wir bekamen Zimmer 8 im 1. OG und Zimmer 9 im 2. OG Auf Anfrage wann es Frühstück geben würde, kam die Antwort am nächsten Tag kein Frühstück verfügbar. Das angebotene Frühstücksbueffet fand an keinem Tag statt! An keinem Tag war irgendjemand zu sehen. An keinem Tag wurde das Zimmer gemacht. Die Dusche war verschimmelt. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht in keinem Zimmer.

Hier handelt es sich nicht um ein Hotel, bessere Absteige, unfreundliches Personal, kein Frühstück wie angeboten, völlig durchgelegene Betten, Bettbezüge verschlissen mit Pilling, Topper darunter mit dicken Knoten, Bad veraltet, der Dusche fehlt seit Jahren eine komplette Duschtür, keine Besetzung einer Rezeption- es gibt gar keine, die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht, sind vorfristig abgereist. Am 2.10 angereist, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Wir haben dann hinterfragt, wo wir am Feiertag Frühstück her bekommen, die überaus unfreundliche ältere Mitarbeiterin meinte, wo sollen wir es denn am Feiertag her bekommen? Sie hätten kein Personal und sie kommt auch erst aus dem Urlaub. Hätten wir eine Ferienwohnung gebucht, hätten wir alles dabei gehabt. Man schimpft sich nicht Hotel, wenn man keinen Service leisten kann, aber diesen auf der Urlaubsplattform anbietet. Die Duschen sind im Übrigen alle kaputt, verkalkt und seit Jahren erneuerungsbedürftig. Hätte ich mal die Bewertungen vor Jahren aufgerufen , da hat man es auf Corona geschoben. Was ist heute der Grund, diese noch immer in selbigem Zustand vorzufinden? Frühstück gab es wohl in den letzten Jahren kaum, kann man auch nachlesen in allen Bewertungen. Leider kann man minimal mit einem Stern bewerten, bei uns würde es keinen geben. Nie wieder. Wir wünschen uns von allen Reiseanbietern eine Überprüfung. Hier handelt es sich definitiv nicht um ein Hotel.

Kurztrip mit Freunden und 2 Übernachtungen

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, sauber und für 9 Euro ein super Frühstücksbuffet (kalt und warm). Preiswert und in ausreichender Menge gute Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Ist wohl auch nur am WE nachts stark frequentiert. Sonst war es ruhig. Der Zimmerpreis ist supergünstig. Wir werden das auf jeden Fall wieder in Anspruch nehmen. WLAN ist auch inclusive.

Entspannter Urlaub, Schlafen wie auf Wolke 7

Das Hotel besticht durch sehr schöne und bequeme Betten. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Noch in Wilhelmshaven, aber nicht direkt in der Stadt. Es ist Nachts recht ruhig dort. Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen.
