The apartment is located on the first floor of a former farmhouse. The apartment has about 60 m², divided into two rooms and a large kitchen. 

The bright living room has a sofa bed with a lying area of 1.40 mx 2.00 m, where two people can sleep. A television with satellite channels and a music system are available.  The bedroom has two single beds that can be put together if required. The three-door wardrobe offers plenty of space. Also in this room is a small TV.

The kitchen has a dining table that seats up to five people. Sink, washing machine, combination refrigerator and long worktop equip the kitchen. A gas stove with four burners and oven offers opportunity to cook. Toaster, coffee maker, kettle and dishes are available. Clothes horse, ironing board and iron are available.

The bathroom has a tub. A cupboard under the sink, mirror cabinet and towel rack decorate the bathroom.

We offer two apartments in Neuengroden, a district with many green areas. On the first floor of a former farmhouse are these beautiful light-filled holiday homes. Dogs are welcome. Wi-Fi and washing machines are available. The apartment 1 is designed for a maximum of four people. Another extra bed would be possible. In the apartment 2 are six beds available.

Sehr gemütliche schöne Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne mit liebe eingerichtete Wohnung. War mit meinem Mann, meinem Sohn und unserem Kater dort. Frau Buschmann ist sehr nett und freundlich und hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Sehr praktisch ist auch, daß direkt um die Ecke ein lidl, ein Rossmann, ein Bäcker und eine Tankstelle sind. Auch andere Geschäfte sind sehr schnell und gut zu erreichen. Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder mieten wenn wir wieder nach Wilhelmshaven fahren. Kann diese Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren hier für eine Woche. Frau Buschmann ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Genial ist die Nähe zum Stadtpark. Sehr schöne lange Spaziergänge mit Hund. Und auch sonst Alles top.

Sauber, günstig & unkompliziert

Das Objekt ist nicht das 5 Sterne Hotel, aber durch den günstigen Preis trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen und wird dem auch gerecht. Anbindung zur Stadt ist unkompliziert und Geschäfte zum morgendlichen Frühstück sind gegeben. Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und ist super freundlich
