The Village of St Johns off of Lake Okahumpka. Centrally located near Town Squares of Brownwood and Sawgrass, with bountiful free activities, entertainment and great restaurants nearby. A short distance to many Executive and Championship golf courses. If Pickle ball, tennis, swimming or dancing is your thing, its just a short golf cart ride away. Nightly entertainment in the Brownwood square. This newly built designer home is on a large premium lot, porcelain tile throughout, tastefully furnished for comfort. You will love your stay here.

Jan - March are reserved for long term stays only.

The space:
Master has king bed, 2 walk-in closets, sep sinks and 65" HD TV. 2nd Br w queen bed and large TV. 3rd room has queen Murphy bed. All premium mattresses. Spacious lanai w TV. Our house is immaculate with very pretty landscaping. Located at the end of the Loop. There is nobody behind so the lanai is very private.
We are here to insure you have a wonderful stay, including help with orientation or cart rental.
Guest access
The whole house is yours (2100 Sq Ft).

Beautiful Property, Fantastic Manager

Beautiful home. Perfect condition. Exceptionally clean, lots of natural light, comfortable furniture and beds. Comfortable home overall. Highly recommend staying here. The owner, Barbara, was so kind and helpful. She was incredibly accommodating for our needs. Thank you so very much Barbara.
