Beautiful fully furnished 2bed/2bath villa in The Villages close to Brownwood.

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom villa is located in the Village of Collier. It is conveniently located near the Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center and Brownwood Paddock Square. Our home offers an open floor plan, and the kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with level quartz countertops, solar tube lighting, expanded cabinetry and storage and a unique desk area built in for convenience. The living area floors are new luxury vinyl tile and the bedrooms are carpeted. It is complete with everything you will need to prepare, serve and enjoy meals. There is a separate dining area with seating for six and side board to make entertaining easy. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including two sofas and a recliner, if you are hosting friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the brand new 65-inch Smart 4K TV with a DVR. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, an emergency weather radio, a large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a TV, and a full-size closet. Both closets and bathrooms have additional shelving and storage. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens, as well as towels for the pool. And of course there is a charming and welcoming screened in lanai with relaxing chairs, a love seat, and retractable shade for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It is also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages. The patio will allow you to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine or enjoy a cold drink while you are grilling your favorite meal on the gas BBQ grill. Our home also offers a one and a half car garage with generous storage space, oversized washer and dryer, and a utility sink.

Please note we also own the Patio Villa directly across the street (#3999129). If you have multiple family members and/or a large group visiting together you can rent both properties and stay close together.

Cable TV and high speed internet, electric, water/sewer, trash, and lawn service are included. Daily paper upon request. Temporary Resident IDs are an additional $50 per couple. Long term and annual rentals are available at a discount.

Fabulous Home

Everything exceeded expections. The owner has thought of everything you might need from nice new bakeware, cookware, and utensils to flashlights, scissors, batteries and notepads. Plenty of linens. Fully stocked with pantry essentials. We loved it.

The home was exactly as listed. Beds were comfy. Great location, 5-10min golf cart ride to Brownwood square. The only thing that could make it better is a new smart tv. The tech is very old but we made it work.

Great property!

The property was just as listed. Very clean and very nice. Very close to Brownwood Square, which we really enjoyed. Very comfortable for the wife and I. Would love to return to this property.
