This beautiful home is very spacious and features a modern decor. Home does have a den with bed as well (no closet) Central location of this home is very close to Colony Plaza, Brownwood may be your town square of choice but Lake Sumter is definitely an option for you as well for dining and entertainment! Very large master bedroom with private bathroom/shower. Large screen TVs and Roku streaming are provided along with free WI-FI! Complimentary 2-person gas golf cart. Walk-out door wall off the kitchen provides you with a grill for those nights when you want to make your own lunch or dinner. (3% credit card processing fee for deposit is non-refundable should guest cancel)

Kitchen was fully stocked. From check in to check out, everything was easy. The property manager was available and provided quick responses to questions. Home is located in a great central location in the Villages.

We loved the location of this house. So close to everything, Brownwood, Sumter and a short drive or golf cart ride to other town squares. The golf cart is a great bonus although, it only goes up to 18mph so we were passed a lot by others but we were on vacation! The king bed was a little hard for us but the master bed room is very large with a big closet and on suite. The kitchen is well stocked with many dishes, some paper products and cleaning supplies. We had trouble with the water on the frig door and the property manager came quickly to fix it. Overall, we loved this home and everything it had to offer.

This was a beautiful and well appointed home within the heart of the Villages. Use of cart was a huge plus and communication with the owner was effortless. Would highly recommend thus stay.
