The "Eifel Finca" is located in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel region, in the quiet village center of Wiesbaum. Built in 2021, this holiday home combines modern comfort with a relaxed atmosphere. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by a view of the old church, surrounded by green meadows and trees.

The 2,200 m² garden invites you to unwind. Whether relaxing in the whirlpool, playing with the children, or simply enjoying nature – it's easy to leave everyday life behind. Families will feel especially at home here: safety features include childproof outlets and stair gates, and a swing in the garden provides a fun pastime. Two playgrounds nearby (just a short walk) offer further entertainment.

Inside the house, you'll find three bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed (three double beds total), as well as a crib. There are also two modern bathrooms with rain showers, toilets, and urinals. The main bathroom additionally features a bathtub, a vanity, and a dressing room with direct access to one of the bedrooms. The entire house is equipped with blackout curtains.



Family members will feel especially at home here: safety sockets and stair gates ensure safety, and a swing in the garden provides a pleasant pastime. Two playgrounds nearby (just a few minutes' walk) offer even more variety. The kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious living room with adjoining dining room invites you to spend relaxing hours together. A selection of games is available in the cupboard for those who enjoy games.

Remote working? No problem at all – the house features a generously sized office that you can use for work.

Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable climate, providing cozy warmth in winter and cooling in summer. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are available upon request for an additional fee.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
