My toilet had not been flushed when I opened my room. Reception staff were awesome. 10/10. The banquet people were terrible and very unprofessional. They couldn’t wait for us to get out. Breakfast was terrible and had no taste. Pathetic. Beautiful new rooms. Very comfy.

Staff at front desk rarely smile acting like they do not want to be there. Room was not ready until evening. Light in “foyer” of the room turns on and off at random times. Pillows are so soft that your head hits the mattress. Otherwise, bed was comfortable. Room temperature was easy to manage, room and bathroom were clean. The area where you can buy snacks closes early so you’ll need to have stuff delivered or go out to get it. It is a hike from the parking garage to rooms and the parking garage is $15 per night.

We hadn't stayed in this hotel in over a decade. The food and service was terrific for dinner and breakfast. We will definitely be returning. We met the head of Food and Beverage. He is an impressive man and we really confident he will continue to make positive changes to attract more customers back.

Awesome breakfast buffet and very friendly restaurant staff. Valet parking and conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport. Only complaint was no hot water on my last morning and front desk did nothing to address it. I would stay again. Very clean and quiet and safe!
