We have stayed here multiple times and never had any issues. The only thing this time was, on Sunday as we were getting around to leave, Housekeeping knocked on 2 different occasions and before I could get to the door they were coming in. I don’t appreciate this as it is my right to stay until my checkout time, which according to your site is 12:00pm. The other thing I, and other patrons, don’t appreciate is not being able to find a spot to park because the hotels ballroom is being used for an event. I understand hosting events but maybe you have separate parking for people attending events and cater more to your PAYING customers that are STAYING in your hotel. Other the that, our stay was great. We had an issue with our TV and the technician was there within 15 mins. We really do enjoy staying here and we always stay in a suite for the extra room! A few minor adjustments would make this hotel top notch! See you next year!

Easy check in and check out. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I like that I could control the room temperature. Breakfast was good. Days are gone that cost of breakfast is not included and paid $15 per meal. Overall -- very good stay.

We have stayed at this location a few times and it has always been great. There are plenty of dinning options in the area and it is across the road from a mall if you would like to do any shopping.
