It was okay. But it lacked a lot of things Bedsheets had stains and pieces of food? I called room service they never came asked for extra towels never got those. It was just empty and plain.

It was absolutely disgusting. My bed had many many numerous hairs inside of it. I just can't believe that it was so gross I had a hard time sleeping I ended up getting everything changed from laundry, but even after that it was just horrible. Not only was it gross but we had people running up and down the Halls at 11:00 at night. Staff didn't do anything about it. Very disappointed very very disappointed.

It was a far better experience than I have had at more expensive and higher rated hotels. The staff were very nice, my room was really clean, and my stay was quiet and pleasant.

I made this reservation through Expedia and I made my choice based on the available options. Our room had no coffee maker. We went to the front desk to ask for a coffee maker and the she said we had booked the cheapest room and it did not come with a coffee maker. I thought all hotel rooms came with a coffee maker! I booked what was available and would have gladly upgraded. Left us feeling very “low rent”
