Except for the 1st mishap the room he assigned to me was over looked he gave us a 2nd room which was just fine quiet around the rooms and he was nice enough to put my daughter and granddaughter as close as he could and thier room was fine also

The service was not great at the front...nothing in the morning other than coffee...the room was in somewhat deteriorated condition. The AC and electricity did work and there was hot water in the room. If all you need is a bed then this is the place for you...at least when you are asleep you don't know where you are.

Prepaid but refused stay and no refund

I booked this hotel for my young adult son who was on a long roadtrip and needed a place to stop for the night. I wanted to avoid him having to find a vacancy in an unknown town in the middle of the night. I messaged the hotel and told them that I had booked for my son so I wouldn't be the one checking in. When my son arrived at 12am, the office personnel was very rude and unhelpful. She ultimately refused to issue my son a key because the reservation was under my name (same last name). My son had to find another hotel very late that night. I prepaid for the room and neither the hotel nor hotels.com would refund my payment. I'm extremely disappointed with both the hotel and hotels.com for the situation my son was forced into and their refusal to refund my payment for a room that my son was not permitted to use.

They just didn't have the essentials needed for a stay like an iron or blow dryer and we had to switch room because the shower didn't work and in the next room moved to the shower drain didn't drain quickly
