The pool spa was broken. Our tv in our room did not work, we told the desk and she said we would have to wait until the maintenance man came back because he went to the airport to pick up family. The room was NOT what we were promised (king bed). I finally insisted we were given a new room because I did not want to wait for maintenance man. She did give us a new room, HOWEVER this should have been her idea and not mine. My room key did not work. It was bad. The new room tv did work fine. I am very unhappy with Delta.

Hot tub wasn’t working which was fine but the pool was cold for an indoor pool. Room was never cleaned during our stay after asking for 3 days and it was subpar to say the least. Overall it could have been worse but definitely could’ve been better
