When I arrived at this property two nights ago, I was alone and by myself traveling. I had called while on the road requesting an upper floor corner, safe room. I had never stayed in this type of hotel or certain hotel before or in this area. I was given a room key to an upper corner floor, which I went up to. When I used my key to enter the room, there were things everywhere, including food, luggage, drinks, etc. There was obviously someone staying in there, and it startled me like no other. The woman working at the desk claimed that the room should have been empty, but it clearly was not. When I finally got another room, it was not as I had requested nor did I feel safe at all. The room had a hard time cooling down, and the bed was squeaky and creeped every time you would sit on it or move. This was a horrible experience and I won’t stay there again.

Horrible room. Roaches everywhere. Only one light worked in the room. The toilet always ran. Only provided one towel. Staff was very rude at check in. Staff also made me give a one hundred dollar cash deposit.

Nice, comfortable, and no complaints!

Check-in was quick. We slept well on comfortable bed with perfect pillows. A/c wasn't too loud. Nice complete breakfast with a very friendly young man serving as breakfast attendant. Carpet was ripped/pulled up a bit by the bathroom, but it seemed clean.

We checked in late and left before breakfast so it was a short stay. The hotel is good value for money. Clean, though a little older. Area seemed a little run down, but again, we only saw it in the dark.
