- No Smoking, Vaping, or 420 inside of home. -Any Evidence of smoking (Ex: odor and/ or cigarette butts/ joints) will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee CLEANING -Guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Any trash needs to be thrown away in the dumpster in the back alley. -Any excessive dirty garbage/ conditions as deemed by cleaners will result in an additional fee of $100. PETS - No Pets Allowed - Guests who violate this request will be subject to $150 charge EVENTS/ PARTIES/ QUIET HOURS - No Parties - QUIET HOURS- Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am - No loud music allowed at any time.
