Nice, quiet, clean motel. Very nice staff and smooth check-/out. Nearby gas stations, tim hortons, convenience store, and a few restaurants. Everything was great. Toilet area was just tight for the average person. Definitely recommend!

Was ok, best was the updated bathroom. There was an attempt at kitchenette which is why we booked here. I didn’t like the two burner hotplate on an old table…. Would be better on a microwave stand and have a collapsible table against the wall ( IKEA for example ) to create more space. Need new pillows also. Overall, staff was friendly, motel was quiet even though at capacity.

A nice place to stay

I've stayed at the Fair Isle at least once a year over the last 3 years and always had a good experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a view of Bras D'Or lake. This time I had a small kitchenette.
