The place was ok but disappointing for the high ratings it had. Trim was missing. AC stank when turned on. Breakfast was a real disappointment, hardly any options. Location was good for the wedding we were going to but next time I would probably stay in Mtn Vernon and get something better.

This was a clean stay, and the front desk ladies were very friendly. They tried to be very helpful but in my circumstance, they were of no help ( not their fault.). The inside needs a bit of updating. The location is very poor!!! Nothing near by to eat at. I would stay here again if needed.

We booked this hotel last minute and we're not disappointed. The room had a comfortable bed and very nice pillows. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the resident cat that has his own house right outside the front door. Would absolutely stay again.

Continental breakfast had barely any breakfast options. Clearly construction/remodeling was going on inside the hotel, but my room had some missing/broken things. The refrigerator was off and hot, baseboards removed and missing, tub knob completely came off when used, water temp in the shower barely warm, toilet paper roll mount hanging out of wall. I feel like the reviews were very misleading, and many things were broken in my room.

Staff is always so friendly and professional at this property. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. We stay here often and have never had a bad experience. It is a great place to overnight!

Very nice stay even though they had had some pipes burst and were in the process of cleaning up. They were very accommodating and made sure we were happy. The bed was very comfortable and the price was reasonable. The only thing it lacked in was the breakfast but I’m not sure if that was from the water damage issues. Overall very nice.
