Staff Gratuity:

Recommend gratuity is based on 15% of the Low Season and 10% of the High & Prime Season rental rates. Please give directly to Remona at the end of your stay.

Hired Chef Services + Plus Meal Supplies:

US$75 per day for 1-3 meals, accommodating 1-8 guests.

NOTE: If you would like one meal prepared, whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the cost to hire the chef is US$50 + meal supplies.

Serendipity By The Sea offers a thoughtfully curated menu of meal options, which is supplied after guests book.

Grocery and Pantry Pre-Stocking:

Prior to your arrival, Remona will pre-stock ingredients for your first meal and basic pantry supplies. Your VRBO host (Nicole) will coordinate with you in advance to confirm any special meal requests, which will be relayed to Remona for preparation.

Guests reimburse Remona directly for the initial grocery expenses once settled at the villa. All subsequent shopping is on a pay-as-you-go basis, with clear records and receipts provided.

Transportation Fee for Grocery Shopping:

A US$40 transportation fee applies to each grocery trip to Black River or Savanna-la-Mar to cover taxi service costs.
