Visit to glacier
I give this facility a POOR rating for COVID-19 precautions. Booking information stated that protocols were being followed, yet none of the staff wore masks which is totally unacceptable.
A nearby lodge, Kandahar,where we went for dinner did have all staff wearing masks. In the future I will choose to stay at Kandahar and would not recommend this VRBO to anyone.
Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. A mattress topper would help and new pillows.
Toilet seat was broken
No access to control heating system
