Nice Condo - no working hot tub

Condo is a 3 bedroom condo perfect for three brothers skiing for a long weekend. Really liked the location and being able to walk just short distance to ski down to the lift. Couple of annoying things - hot tub was not operational and was promoted as having a hot tub. Calling the property owner - "oh, hotels.com has not updated the hot tub issue" - well, their own advertisement in the room discussed the hot tub. We actually picked the condo because it had a community hot tub. Other item- peppered up some NY steaks and went to the community grill - out of propane (bottle empty) at 6 PM on a Friday. Property management did have the HOA change it out but it was later that evening. Last item - the master bath fan and light did not work in the shower. Overall - 8 out of 10
