Hot Water Notice (Helpful for Families)





The condo has a 50-gallon water heater, which works best for 3–4 people at a time. Since the home sleeps up to 6, we recommend spacing out showers and appliance use to keep everyone comfortable.

10:00 AM or earlier. (Late check-out's MUST be pre-approved by PTARMIGAN VILLAGE Management in advance) (an additional fee may apply)



Door Locks are pre-programmed for check in time and checkout times







Cancellation Policy: 



Guests may receive a refund of the total booking amount minus the credit card processing fee if the cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Reservations canceled within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.



Please note: Ptarmigan Village is unable to issue refunds or prorated refunds due to travel disruptions or delays, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, flight interruptions, or health-related issues. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available for an additional fee.







PAYMENTS: 





50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.  

All balances must be paid in full 14-days before your scheduled check-in day. 

The total balance of the reservation will be due at the time of booking if your scheduled arrival date is within 14-days of the booking date. 



SMOKING/VAPING/PETS: 





Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo, including the garage, in all Ptarmigan Village–managed properties. Any evidence of smoking/vaping may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement (no refund) and a $300 minimum, possibly more.

Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of a pet may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement (no refund) and additional cleaning charges up to  (minimum $300, possibly more).







HOUSEKEEPING:



We provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, liquid hand soap, garbage bags, sponges, and dishwasher soap to all condos. We supply a generous amount based on the nights you have reserved, please note these items will not be restocked during your stay. If you find yourself using an excess amount of any supplied items please plan accordingly and visit the local store.
