Staff was excellent!! My only real complaint was the mattress was too hard. I was in pain. The new Reno’s are great. Very fresh. I suggest hairdryer’s in the rooms though. Special thanks to the cook. Great breakfast.

Room 166 Cloud 9 March 1st 2024
There was a strange rotten smell, maybe from the carpet in room 166. The shower didn't really work that well; the water didn't come out very far. A truck started up right outside the window at 530am and as he had parked rear end in, the fumes came into the room through the a/c unit. Instant headache. Apart from that everything was very clean and beds good. I would have liked to have seen more eco friendly recycling for the breakfast waste. Breakfast was very good.

Very nice people. Hotel is older but good location for hockey kids. Parking is good. Breakfast is Ok. Please use reusable plates etc for breakfast as this is a lot of waste.

Room advertised was the renovated one. The room we were given was OLD. Huge spider in the tub, 3” gap under the door. Dirty furniture. We turned right around and left. Very disappointed and a total waste of money.

The room has a good space even with two beds it's not tight. And the room is clean. The only thing that mr complained was the room was too warm on the first night we stayed but we turned down the thermostat and it was better the second night.We like their breakfast.
