Guest Access:
The is an alleyway to the rear of the property that is safe and well lit if arriving late. Once you proceed down the alleyway the gate for the back yard is on the right hand side. There is a bolt lock and keys inside the property to lock the gate to provide extra security. Once you enter the back yard you will notice a black door and a key safe to the right of it. Enter the code that we will provide and unlock the black door which is the entrance to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The lane which the entrance is located is very quiet and the neighbouring properties are also very quiet, so please be mindful and respectful of the lovely neighbours when staying at the apartment.

Getting Around:
The entrance of the property is located to the rear of the building on a quiet street called Deermoss Lane which leads onto Green End and that in turn lead onto the Whitchurch High Street. On Green End and the High Street you will find some lovely independent shops, cafes and eateries, perfect for all your needs while visiting Whitchurch.
Other Things to Note:
There is no washing machine sadly but Bubbles Laundrette is a 5 minute walk from the property.

I will not meet guests at the property but I can be contacted either by phone or message, and will visit the property if it is an emergency. But I am very friendly and am always at hand to help my guests.
