Cute place great location and communication etcOnly suggestions is replace the wine opener and reorganize kitchen as it was kinda mixed up etc . Living rm furniture could use a refresh as it was looking a little tired Otherwise enjoyed our stay

The location was great—close to everything and in a nice area. Unfortunately, communication and the listing details were disappointing. The owner's phone number in the guest book was disconnected, and we had to find another number in an email. Since it was a New York number and our phone plan didn't include coverage, we couldn't call. The listing also advertised a BBQ, so we bought T-bone steaks and prawns for six people, only to discover there wasn't one. After emailing the owner, she eventually replied asking where we saw the BBQ, she intended to remove the BBQ from the listing but had forgotten to update one section. I had printed the listing beforehand, and it clearly showed a BBQ was included. This was frustrating and resulted in unnecessary expense and inconvenience. While the location was excellent, the inaccurate listing and communication issues negatively affected our stay.
