Dirty bed

I can’t believe the bed is so dirty and has hair on the pillow, bedsheet and duvets. Called the front desk agent to replace the new bedsheet. The agent threw both dirty duvets on the ground and only brought us one blanket for 4 people. The agent also promised the housekeeper will bring a clean set of duvets next day morning, end up no one showed up. I called the front desk again and found out the agent didn’t even arrange any housekeeping service which is really bad. I sent a complaint email and the front desk agent mentioned will forward to management but still no response from them since I checked out. Really disappointed about this trip and it’s actually for my mom’s birthday. Really appreciate if someone from the management can at least give me an explanation about this.
