A self contained apartment with separate bedroom with ranch slider onto a deck. The open plan lounge and kitchenette also has a ranch slider opening on to a sunny deck. Only 50 mtrs from harbour. 3 minute walk to beach, 5-8 minute walk to town. As owner I live above the apartment. You have your own entrance.
