Steve is welcoming and runs a beautiful hotel. My room overlooked the sea,and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely , fresh fruits, compôte , yoghurts, warm bread and croissants. Lovely coffee. All in all I would recommend Chapter 1 as a very civilised resting place.

Charming hotel

What an amazing place to stay. The decor was beautifully designed. The host, Steve was so friendly and accommodating and made sure that we were given a room so that we could have plenty of space. The Italian breakfast was lovely, overlooking the sea. The location was very central to Weymouth beach and town. A charming place to stay. Definitely worth all the 5* reviews that have been written about it. Chapter 1 is worth a visit!

What A Find!!

Anyone who has stayed here before will certainly be a return! the place is spotless, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the location is awesome, our room was a sea view room with a spy glass which my daughter used instead of her telescope and we both had the most amazing stay. We will definitely return!

This was our first visit to Weymouth and the style and location prompted our choice. From the moment we arrived Steve and the team made the stay special. What a fantastic hotel, Steve was so so helpful and friendly. The hotel is so central, immaculately clean and very chic I think the word is. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again the next time we visit Weymouth. A truly lovely hotel.

A Perfect Place!

This hotel is our new favorite hotel in Weymouth ...and beyond! The place is smart and spotless and the owner, Steve, was the most convivial of hosts. The room was so very comfortable and pristine and we couldn't have been happier with any of it. Highly recommended!
