Shocked and disappointed

Definitely not warned about the renovations. Wiring, plastic on floors, fan in room didn't work. Loud people above me.

Room was dirty

Room was really dirty. Carpet was wet on first day. Walked around barefoot and feet were filthy. Had to buy socks to walk in because the floor was so dirty. Food under the bed as well.

Property is under construction. Room : couch was broken, gloves the maid used to clean the bathroom were still in the bathroom, towels need to be replaced, lock on the door was useless, piece was missing. Pool area, left something to be desired, sat in the hot tub and I watched another guest, pull out a chunck of hair.

The property is under construction. Are room was ok, found the maids gloves she used to clean the bathroom still in the bathroom. Couch was broken. Door lock latch was useless, piece was missing. Went down to the pool it definitely needs a whole updating. Another guest was sitting in the hot tub with us and I saw him pull a chunk of hair out of the hot tub. I got out so fast! No towels in the pool area. For the price we paid it was not worth it ! So disappointing.

I was disappointed to pay full price for a hotel under construction (not aware of this until arrived). Parking was limited because of the construction and the parking area was full of trash. They were working and jack hammering during the days and I was unable to take a nap between my events. I mentioned all this at the check out and the worker told me she would tell her manager but I have not heard anything yet.

Staff was wonderful and reached as soon as they received booking due to room type listed was not available. Very appreciative instead of waiting for us to arrive. Checked to see what would work for us and rebooked stay.

The carpet in our room was coming up. There were stains on the floor ceiling and curtains. The couch was slanted downward so you would slide right off of it. The hallways smelled of smoke. The whole condition of the hotel seemed old and needing renovation.

Under renovation and had no running water several hours the first day and the following morning so no toilet shower etc. Room temp very hot even with heater off and windows open. Hot tub cold. At least gave us our money back.

Hotel staff was so good. Helpful and friendly. Beds just a bit hard for my taste. Kitchen in room was very clean. All that said, we love staying here and will again

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice. The only complaint I would have is every shower should have handrails. It was in the middle of construction, so maybe the next time I stay it will be even better!
