House is centrally located near famed Dune Road beaches, Downtown Main Street shops and restaurants, and just a quick drive away from the best winery, golf and farms!

Spacious secluded house on a quiet street. Wonderful space for the whole family. Centrally located on a cul-de-sac.

The space is enormous and all bedrooms are excellent sizes. All beds are brand new and fixtures are of high quality. The house is extremely comfortable with dedicated workspaces in multiple areas. There are 4 full bedrooms, a bonus room that serves as an office (or kids room) which includes two extra beds, living room, dining room, den with a piano for entertaining, basement gym and a great kitchen to cook. Family friendly with pack-n-play and crib. 3 full bathrooms and a half bath conveniently located by the entrance.

The backyard is extremely private surrounded by beautiful trees and great space to enjoy the seasons with a shaded deck, heated salt water pool and bbq grill. You pay for propane to heat the pool. The pool is open from mid-May through mid-October.

**NO Parties or large scale events are allowed.
**NO Smoking or illegal substances on property.

We live in a neighborhood with families and ask that you respect quiet hours outside of the house after 9pm.
Overnight guests must be reflected in the count provided in the booking request.
Please lock the doors before you leave the house and go to bed.

Nothing should be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. This is to ensure you enjoy your stay and clogging due to other objects being flushed may result in additional fees.
Please respect our home and furnishings. Any excessive damage to furniture or the house (paint, mud, breakage, etc) will be reviewed and could result to additional fees at check out and reporting to Airbnb.
We kindly ask you to stay out of the closets marked “private” in the basement and main bedroom.
Please do not eat in the bedrooms.

Perfect Home Base for Groups

We loved our stay in Tim and Regina's place. We had four families, each with kids, and the house accommodated us perfectly. The bedrooms are all a great size, and the backyard space/pool was perfect for us (especially since the beaches nearby are mostly for locals unless you pay to park and get on). The house is so close to restaurants and shops, and Tim was super responsive with all communication. We'd definitely come back and do it again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Tim’s house this weekend with 11 of my girlfriends. The house was beautiful, the new deck fit us all perfectly and the pool was clean! The house was exactly how it was showed in the pictures and Tim was very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Great property for my bachelorette party. We’re all 30 and we’re looking for something relaxed and cozy yet fun. Lots of space for everyone and the pool was amazing. We were grateful for a heated pool for our post Labor Day plans…just make sure you note the fee for the heater which is described in the listing. Easy drive to the beach and to restaurants. House was very clean. No cars allowed to park on the street so we had to play Tetris with 7 vehicles in the driveway several times but we made it work and the driveway was big enough that it wasn’t a problem. Tim was very communicative. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful house!!

Tim is an excellent host and very responsive. We were staying at his house for a few days with friends and family. We appreciated the early check in to the house. The house is nicely located, everything is in close proximity. The property is very nicely kept, with a great deck and pool which the kids loved. The older kids were nicely settled in the basement which had an additional bedroom with full bath, TV, great gym. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Great house for a Hamptons getaway

We had 9 individuals staying at Tim’s house for a weekend and it was perfect! The house itself was very spacious - more than enough space (we easily could have fit 1-2 other people in the house without any issue). There’s a very large yard, great for activities or just sitting out. The pool was great, and if you want it heated, it’s $50/day (which is fairly standard given heating costs). The heated pool was perfection, and even on a on-and-off rainy weekend in May, we went in multiple times. Tim was very easily accessible, answering all of our questions almost immediately, and helping us navigate any difficulties that we might have been having. This is the perfect home for a family or friend gathering, and I’ll definitely be keeping it in mind for my next trip to the Hamptons. Thanks so much Tim!
